Shipping policy

 

All Uk orders are sent within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using Royal Mail Tracked delivery service who typically delivers within 2 business days. We send you tracking information when your order has been shipped.

All orders are tracked so you can track them every step of the way.  Sometimes packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Tax & Duty

Orders placed outside of the UK may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. These charges are payable by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for theses charges. Please check your country's tax specifications before placing your order.

Unclaimed Parcels

If you missed your delivery and fail to pick up your package in due time, it will automatically be sent back to us. Should this happen a refund will be processed for you automatically minus shipping cost. We are not responsible for unclaimed parcels or if the address provided at checkout is incorrect.

Missing Parcels

We cannot class a parcel as missing until 6 weeks have passed from the due date. If your order has gone missing we will file a claim with Royal Mail, and once compensation has been received for the item, only then can a refund for the missing parcel be processed.
